Marmer/Marbles Cake

 Butter:

-Wisjman brand 100gr

-Blue band (I think this is like STAR here in PH) 250gr

 Flour: 200gr
 Milk flour: 3 spoons
 Eggs: 10 egg yolks, 5 egg whites separate
 Powdered sugar 250gr
 A little bit of salt
 Powdered chocolate up to your preference

Steps:

1. Mix powdered sugar, butter, and salt. Stir until white.


2. While still stirring, put the egg yolks one by one.
3. When it turns white, turn off the mixer. Then pour the mixture of flour and milk flour. Stir until
perfect.
4. In a separate container, stir the egg white until it thickens. Then pour it into the other batter.
Stir until perfect.
5. Set aside a few spoons of batter, put powdered chocolate into it. Then stir well.
6. Pour ONLY HALF of the white batter into the pan. Pour the chocolate batter on top of it. Then
pour the rest of the white batter. If there is still some remaining chocolate batter, pour it on top.
7. Put it inside the oven.
