UNITS
QUEEN
During the first Zerg invasion,
Queens were able to spawn a
variety of parasites that infested
Terran structures to create suicide
troops under the Overmind’s
control. In the aftermath of the
Brood War, the new Queens are
tougher creatures who now play a
limited command role nurturing
Zerg nest sites. Their new morphology hints at the
incorporation of Terran or Protoss DNA, or perhaps even
the Zerg-altered genes of the Queen of Blades herself.
This evolution implies that a widespread change is taking
place within the Zerg hierarchy, a redistribution of power
that will make the Zerg even more difficult to combat.
UNIT STATISTICS
GENERAL STRATEGY
Support unit.
STRONG AGAINST
Early-game anti-air; valuable for base defense.
Can improve production speed with Spawn Larva ability.
COUNTERMEASURES
VS Terran
Use high damage ground units, like Ghosts and Marauders, to quickly
overwhelm a queen.
VS Zerg
VS Protoss
Dark Templar can sneak into bases and quickly dispatch Queens provided
they have no detection units (such as Overseers).

I miss the old queen. I once saw the whole map using parasites. And a queen gave me a goal: Infest Terran Command Center
@volcanix i agree, look at the big photo on the top right, it looks protoss like
I think the queen should be abe to hop back in the air like a viking and then do swan broodling. That would make it easyier for us to
multiple queens can actually be really good combat & support units as long as you utilize transfusion well.
Am I the only one who thinks that that thing is a zerg hybrid because it has no mouth (just like the toss) and is zerg.
I saw someone use a single queen against a single zealot (both full health), and the queen died so fast! They need to bump up its
damage, considering its supposed to be a base defense unit. Otherwise, queens rock!
underpowered attack, considering they're units that hold down the fort while the rest are away... they usually kill one unit and give up on
life D:
Naaaaawwww!Really?
when someone mass queen what i do is kick back and build and wait 4 him to go on the atk when he does i just fly over to his base and
clean it out cuz if u take every building he/she has out u win
I had this happen to me this guy/girl massed queens and whenever i got close to killing one it became at full health because he massed
tranfusion HOW AM I SUPPOSED TO KILL A ARMY THAT CAN HEAL ITSELF CONTINUOUSLY????
@ace: Do more damage than they can heal at any given time? or: EMP?
@ace: Medics ring any bells? :) They do the same thing ace
@Froopermoop: Yeah, but units can only be healed by one at a time and medics don't heal nearly as quickly as a queen
does.
@Samaugsch: I suppose... but medivacs heal as soon as someone is damaged... Yeah I gotta give you that one :/
@FireBreather: lol
@Starviper: Look, you get that close to one and you wake up looking like FireBreather's avatar. Plus..., just forget it, ok. Go
best.unit.art.EVER!!!!
@Ironspider: i can almost draw a zerg ling .i is IMPOSSIBLE to draw queen -.-
@FireBreather: same thing happened to me a while back except he used 8-10, i was easily able to fend off his army of
@darkpaladin: Using Stalkers , Marauders , or Roaches against queens is cheating! So if you used any of theses units to
counter the mass queen build your enemy went with, then you cheated!
I think some other units are also considered cheating as well if you use them on someone who uses mass queens. Cheating
is unfair.
@Viperwasp: so its cheating to counter someone thats massin stuff against u??
who thinks blizzard should give queens a speed upgrade like the overlords do at teir 2... that would make queens non rushing units while
@DELTAFORCE: That would be nice, Queens do need a boost to their air damage though, since they get killed so easily by
air units while at the main base, those upgrades later in the game would be really nice to have, I would make more queens
