the marketplace, giving stiff competition to Baisago University. Due to this competitive
environment tertiary education providers are trying to provide better quality education and
at competitive prices.

Baisago University focus on offering programme of studies which are unique and exclusive
to them thus differentiating them from its rivals and attracting more customers. Students
also have a lot of options available when they decide on which university to enrol and the
power of buyers is high and switching costs are very low. With rarity of Baisago programme
of studies and lower costs students choose the university as they perceive it as value for
their money.
