ISO 9001: 2000
ISO 9001 is a certification internationally recognised for the quality of a company's products and
services. Certified as ISO-9001 has many advantages for companies. Some such advantages
include but are not limited to;
Increased credibility and acknowledgement: ISO 9001 certification is issued by the International
Standard Organization and is recognized globally. Thus, certification with ISO 9001 increases
your company's worth against your competitors and your customer status.
Increased revenues: as your company is certified ISO 9001, it means that you have proven your
quality. You can therefore use this as a publicity point and price your products accordingly. You
will also get more customers with better products.
Improved consistency: The more you manage your business, the more consistency you
improve, the more you increase the control of your business processes. Greater continuity
ensures that every time you do business with your customers you get the same service or goods.
Customer Loyalty Increased: Consumers know that their goods and services still have quality
and function. You'll know what you're going to expect. You would also get less reports and more
happy clients.
Employees: ISO 9001 certification allows the workers to be qualified and developed. It also
offers the tools they need to conduct their work, including processes, directions and metrics. As a
result, the workers are more comfortable with what they do and their jobs will grow as they keep
on being educated.
Quality management:
Quality management is the management of activities and roles involved in developing and
enforcing quality policy. It ensures a consistent organization, product or service. Quality
preparation, quality monitoring, quality assurance and quality development are the four key
components of quality management. Quality management does not only focus on quality of
product and service, but also focuses on the various ways in which it can be accomplished. In
compliance with the Universal Quality Management Framework (ISO 9001:2008) and other
organizations, the key heads of quality management are:
• Management
• Approach method
• People's engagement
•Testing benchmarking
• Continuing progress
In this project, a detailed analysis of quality management of McDonald’s is presented. The report

McDonald's has a number of management teams for quality control and control of food products
for the successful business. The management team shall properly monitor quality service and
quality control. The quality management team handles the quality service and control as
described below.
Service of quality
1) The food - the quality should be up to and good for meat, buns, vegetables etc.
2) The staff—The timing, clean dress and tiredness of an employer is looked at by the quality
control staff. The work of the McDonald's team is always preferable for maximum advantages.
3) the Restaurant—The restaurant management team seems to be clean, smooth and sparkling.
They also tried to offer the fast, precise and easy service.
Quality control
The quality management team ensures that the fundamental criteria set down for McDonald's
operation are met. You will also hear and receive customer feedback to improve your company.
They have also a connection to the scientific community to provide people with the best and
safest food. They tried to find solutions for children's special health problems and to prepare
hygienic food for them.
There is no compromise on quality control, which is the reason why McDonald's has
successfully developed worldwide. The inspection is carried out on all franchises of McDonald
and is an integral part of the strategy. HACCP is the McDonald applied system to keep good
food to customers (Hazard Analysis & Critical Control Point). The quality management team
also examines the nutritional and dietary content of each food. The quality management team
addresses the health problems and properly controls nutrition.
Recommendations
• Take a look at their menu for a number of organic foods that are better and safer for their
customers. It is better to make all food organic if it is more popular than the usual menu.
It is even more expensive. First and foremost, people like natural things, and then they
are interested in the price.
• To increase the popularity and declarations of large advertising enterprises for organic
food pluses. Many people love McDonald's food and it has authority and can demonstrate
the necessity of organic food in human life, comparing the health and nature of the
organic and usual McDonald's food effects.
• McDonald's is a major food supplier, and we all know how food affects our health. It is a
major factor in building our body and our brains. McDonald's should be aware of this:
• Suggest high quality, improved, full of minerals and vitamins. It also means the company
has to develop its products, certify all foods to meet all safe food requirements.
• Contact manufacturers who supply McDonald's goods to ensure they are all natural high-
quality and healthy for all clients of all age groups.
• Contact doctors and scientists and enhance their products to suit all ages and even have
any stomach problems. It means taking action and figuring out what is best for everyone.
McDonald's had a deep effect on China most certainly. When McDonald's first opened over a
dozen years ago, 40,000 people came together in Beijing to watch a Big Mac and take a picture
of the infamous Ronald McDonald. In China, McDonald's is more rapid to expand than in the
US. McDonald's has over 600 stores in 105 Chinese cities and runs them. In the coming years
there will be more than 100 McDonald stores added to Chinese cities annually.

Pakistan as goods and services generating revenue.
