    REVENUE MEMORANDUM ORDER NO.

    35-2018 issued on August 8, 2018 amends


    Revenue Memorandum Order (RMO) No. 15-2003 and RMO No. 69-2010, particularly
    the Standard Checklist of Documentary Requirements and the issuance of manual
    serially-numbered Memorandum of Assignment (MOA) to all One Time Transactions
    (ONETT) cases.
    The ONETT Teams are directed to fill-up the Assignment/Routing Slip (Annex “A”
    of the Order), which will be serially numbered. Consequently, the issuance of MOA shall
    be discontinued.
    The revised Checklist of Documentary Requirements for ONETT shall be used to
    efficiently process and facilitate the issuance of Electronic Certificate Authorizing
    Registration (eCAR).
