Today, I work out on my abs and legs for about 35 mins include stretching, since I have done my
work in the previous class earlier than I think, so I started to workout before class. I didn’t feel
sore on my abs and leg like before, instead, I feel good to do this exercise. By that, I think my
body is more strong and flexible, and in order to maintain that I design to do more weight
training. So next time, I would do abs and arms workout.
