Bkash as Assistant Brand Manager & Pepsi as a Brand Manager)

 Cultural activities- He is a founder of UIU Business Club, a public speaker, performed in


UIU debate, organized many seminars and events during his university. He is - Goal
oriented attitude, sense making and control mechanism, enhance organizational
commitment, increase consistency, reduce ambiguity

2. Duties & Responsibilities:


• Formulate and Strategize brand road map of NAGAD
• Aligning Product & CLM in the Brand Road Map
• Manage all brand communications of NAGAD
• Formulating brand boosting plans for critical markets
• Planning, Budgeting and Execution of all major Brand communications of
NAGAD
• Segment Customers and Markets
• Develop communications plans as per customer behavior, segments and
markets
• Develop communication as per campaign needs
• Test communications effectiveness
• Execute effective communications for the brand
• Recommend the media manager regarding media buying and planning
• Recommend the marketing team on the sponsorship strategies
• Help plan BTL activities and event plans for brand
• Align all BTL activities and communications are aligned as per brand’s need
• Manage and supervise external creative agencies, directors, producers, artist
and models of NAGAD
• Supervise management of briefs from all different internal and external
stakeholders
• Lead and manage the Brand & Communications Unit of NAGAD as the
functional head
• Act as the interface of Marketing Department for all internal and external
stakeholder of NAGAD during the absence of Head of Marketing
• Manage team members of the unit
• Find training and leadership development needs of the unit
• Ensure periodic motivational exercise of the unit
• Finding innovative approached for process improvement and increase
efficiency

3. Job Evaluation:
 Salary- Tk. 150,000/- per month (annual package of Tk. 1,800,000/-)

 Benefit- Transportation allowance, mobile bill, bonus, profit share, medical insurance,
gratuity & provident fund

 Award or Reward- 1 international trip with family on exceeding the achieved target
