Filmterm FC 25

Two layers laminate based adhesive tape, used for the insulation of
electric motor connections and for the finishing of the coils in
transformers, thermal class B (130 °C).

Filmterm FC 25 is an adhesive tape where the base material is a two-layers laminate composed of
one layer of polyester nonwoven and one layer of PET film (23 µm).
On one side the base is coated with a special adhesive that allows a good finishing of the coil head
and offers a good resistance to punching.

FC 25 is UL certified as stated by UL file N. E476331.

Formats The product can be supplied in the following formats:

- tapes from 8 mm width upwards on 76 mm (3”) core
- labels with a silicone paper liner
- die-cut according to phase insulation shape with a silicone paper liner (for electric motors)
