ANSON® Cement and Circulating Hoses

NOV® provides a complete range of ANSON Steel

Cementing and Circulating Hoses which incorporate the
unique NOV ANSON ‘Longlife’ swivel joint suitable for use
up to 15,000 psi working pressure or Code Silver threaded
swivel joints for use up to 6,000 psi working pressure.
Hoses can be supplied in Standard service or Sour Gas
trim, with fully traceable material certification.

ANSON® Cement and Circulating Hoses

NOV ANSON Cementing and Circulating Hoses are Short radius API threaded one union loop
suitable for temporary flowlines, cementing and circulating
lines, well testing lines, discharge lines and high pressure
abrasive applications.

Available styles include Long radius integral one union

(LROP1), Long radius four union (LRHU4), both suitable
for pressures up to 15,000 psi, and a Short radius API
threaded, one union loop (SRTE1), suitable for pressures
up to 6,000 psi. Half (½) loop styles are also available.

Standard cement and circulating hoses can be supplied in
sizes starting from 2” up to 6” for Long radius types and 1”
to 3” for Short radius types. Typical standard hose lengths
are 6’0”, 10’0” and 12’0” although other lengths and styles
are available to order.

In addition to standard cement and circulating hoses

NOV can provide custom ANSON swivel lines to offer
articulations to suit customer requirements. These can
be supplied for sizes up to 6” NB and for pressures up

to 15,000 psi. Material availability includes Carbon and Long radius 4 hammer union loop
low alloy steel, stainless steel and duplex stainless
steel. Custom lines have been supplied for use on water
injection lines and choke lines with end connections to
suit customer specifications.
