• If Woolworths cannot load your card call the Woolworths Customer Services Centre on 0860 022 002
• If you lose or delete your SMS e-voucher we can resend it to you. Call the Contact Centre.
• Once you have received your physical gift card you cannot return it, or have your money refunded.
• Treat your gift card like cash as you cannot be reimbursed if you lose it.
