Life lessons I learned in 2020

I remember exactly the end of last year, when I gathered my thoughts for
2020.Now that 2020 is over, I am analyzing the extent to which the wishes I made
have been fulfilled. It was a year that disturbed and saddened me, but that also
brought me a lot of satisfaction and success at the same time. It gave me so many
problems but also successes.
Now, on the eve of a new beginning, I really wanted to do a retrospective of
last year; a retrospective that highlights some life lessons that I have learned so well
that I will keep in mind in the future.
I learned that nothing is more important than time spent with family. No
matter how hectic your day may be, at the end of it you find peace in your family and
she is the only one who can give you the energy you need to continue. They are our
support, who always support us and help us.
I learned to care less about the evils of those around me, about words
thrown into ignorance. In the end, all that matters is knowing that you are at peace
with your decisions, with what you are. No one knows you the way you and the
people you love do. Others will talk whether you are doing good or bad, and the
more you consume, the more you will suffer.
I have learned to take time for myself when I feel the need to breathe, that I
am not self-sufficient and that it is ok to be vulnerable. It's okay to take a break when
you feel like doing this, without thinking it's something wrong. This is the only way
you can recharge your batteries for a new day in which to give your best.
I have learned that it is good to listen to my inner voice when it comes to a
life decision. You may be told left and right what to do, but nothing compares to
your intuition. Learn to listen more to yourself and less to others. You build your life,
you don't have to do that thinking about the reaction of those around you.
I learned to fight for my goals, to complain less and work harder! I realized
that it is never enough to dream of something, but to work hard to get where you
want. And yet do not forget what is in the foreground in your life. Balance is one of
the key words you need to follow, as is trust.
I learned that nothing happens without a purpose and that every problem
has a solution. You don't have to despair when you don't see a way out of a
situation, sooner or later a solution will come up. Try to learn from that river and
always see the full side of the glass. Everything in our lives has a purpose, and in time
we will receive all the answers.
Life as you know it does not last forever. Nothing is forever, that's why it is
necessary to learn to detach yourself from things, places and people. When the time
comes to say goodbye, offer them and give yourself freedom. Be worthy!
