PODCAST 1.

The self-love fix podcast is a podcast about self-love,

self-care, self-worth, and high self-esteem. I am
listening to a podcast about how childhood trauma
can influence our lives. The speaker gives some tips
on how to let go of critical and negative thoughts.
The length of this podcast is 18 minutes. It’s a
solo/monologue podcast.

This podcast is great for people who want to hear

some motivation and emotional support. The speaker
is like your friend or psychologist with whom you
can talk about troubles and worries in your life.

I agree with the idea that our negative and critical

thoughts have their roots in childhood trauma.
Psychological trauma can leave us struggling with
upsetting emotions, memories, and anxiety that
won’t go away.

The speaker is witty, convincing and motivational. I recommend listening to

this podcast if you are looking for motivation and useful information.

PODCAST 2.
The becoming wise is a podcast about happiness,
love, art and daily life things. The aim of this
podcast to reset our days and replenish our
senses of ourselves and the world. I am listening
to a seven-minute podcast about happiness. The
idea of that podcast is that happiness is a
practice, not a pleasure. The format of this
podcast is the interview.
The guest, the French-born Tibetan Buddhist
monk, reframed happiness as a practice that
requires discipline and determination.
“Happiness is not a sensation or feeling. It’s a
state of being that can encompass all of the
things that can happen in life”.

PODCAST 3.
TED Talk Daily is a podcast that deliberates on thought-
provoking topics and the latest innovations in the world.
Media influencers, leading thinkers and creators are
invented to give some advice to listeners.
I am listening to a twelve-minute podcast about how to
form a new habit.  The sociologist Christine Carter
shares a simple step to shift your mindset and keep you
on track to achieving your grandest ambitions. The
format of this podcast is a solo/monologue.
The secret is that we need to stop trying to be so
good. People need to abandon their grand plans. We
need to consider doing something so minuscule that it
would be better than not doing anything at all. The
speaker says that by getting started, we're establishing
the neural pathway in our brain for a new habit, which
makes it much more likely that we'll succeed with
something more ambitious down the line.  The speech is
credible and persuasive!
