REASON
To inspect the aft upper and lower wing bolts for incorrectly installed 95-110025-3 Washer, and if installed
replace with a new 95-110025-7 Washer.

DESCRIPTION
This service document provides parts and instructions to remove the 95-110025-3 Washer installed on the
aft upper and lower wing bolt and replace with a new 95-110025-7 Washer.

COMPLIANCE
RECOMMENDED. This service document should be accomplished at a scheduled maintenance period or
inspection, not to exceed 200 flight hours.

A service document published by Textron Aviation may be recorded as completed in an aircraft log
only when the following requirements are satisfied:

1) The mechanic must complete all of the instructions in the service document, including the intent
therein.
2) The mechanic must correctly use and install all applicable parts supplied with the service
document kit. Only with written authorization from Textron Aviation can substitute parts or rebuilt
parts be used to replace new parts.
3) The mechanic or airplane owner must use the technical data in the service document only as
approved and published.
4) The mechanic or airplane owner must apply the information in the service document only to
aircraft serial numbers identified in the Effectivity section of the document.
5) The mechanic or airplane owner must use maintenance practices that are identified as acceptable
standard practices in the aviation industry and governmental regulations.

ACCOMPLISHMENT INSTRUCTIONS
1. Prepare the airplane for maintenance.
A. Make sure that the airplane is electrically grounded.
B. Make sure that all switches are in the OFF/NORM position.
C. Disconnect electrical power from the airplane.
(1) Disconnect external electrical power.
(2) Disconnect the airplane battery.
D. Attach maintenance warning tags to the battery and external power receptacle that have "DO NOT
CONNECT ELECTRICAL POWER - MAINTENANCE IN PROGRESS" written on them.
2. (Refer to Figure 1, Sheet 1.) Examine the aft upper and lower wing bolts for the correct wing bolt washer
as follows.
CAUTION: These inspections should be completed one attach-point at a time with the bolt
installed and correctly torqued before moving to the next location. During removal the
aft upper and lower wing bolts, make sure the wing is supported in a manner which
will prevent the possibility of movement of the upper-attach fittings.
A. Remove the left upper and lower aft spar bolts.
B. Determine if a 95-110025-7 Washer is installed at the shown position on 81786-10-20 bolt.
(1) If a 95-110025-7 Washer is installed, no further action is required. Go to Step 3.
(2) If a 95-110025-7 Washer is not installed, go to Step 2.C.
C. Remove the 81786-10-20 Bolt and remove the 95-110025-3 Washer from the bolt.

D. Do the crack inspection of the wing structure (Flat surfaces, depressions and counterbores of
the upper forward, upper and lower aft wing attach fittings). (Refer to King Air Series Structural
Inspection and Repair Manual, Chapter 57, Crack Inspection - Wing Structure (LJ-1085, LJ-1088
and After (Table 201, Figure 201), Inspection - Wing Structure (BB-1158, BB1167. BB-1193 and
After, BL-73 and After, BN-5 and After, BY-1 thru BY-121, BY-123 (Table 201, Figure 212, 213
and 214), and Crack Inspection - Wing Attach Fittings and Outboard Wing Spar Caps (Model
B300.B300C) (Table 201, Figure 211, 212 and 213).
E. Install a new 95-110025-7 Washer on the 81786-10-20 Bolt. (Refer to King Air Structural Inspection
and Repair Manual, Chapter 57.)
3. Install the left upper and lower aft spar bolts.
4. Remove the maintenance warning tags and connect the airplane battery.
5. Make an entry in the airplane logbook that states compliance and method of compliance with this service
document.
NOTE: Textron Aviation recommends that compliance with all service documents is reported to a
maintenance tracking system provider.
• Complete a record of compliance. (Maintenance Transaction Report, Log Book Entry, or
other record of compliance.)
• Put a copy of the completed record of compliance in the airplane logbook.
• Send a copy of the completed record of compliance to the maintenance tracking system
provider used.

coverage must be active on the day the work is accomplished.

service document as defined in the Material Availability section of this document.
