CONDUCT OF RE-ECHO ON COORDINATION OF DISTRICT AND SCHOOL GENDER

DEVELOPMENT (GAD) COORDINATORS

1. In accordance to Division Memo No. 84 s. 2021.

In order to have an accurate, update and on time submission of GAD report, this office shall
conduct a Re-echo on Coordination meeting of District and School Gender and Development
(GAD) Coordinators on March 11, 2021, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm at Gabaldon bldg.. Gandara I
Central, Gandara Samar, observing the minimum health protocols, social distancing and local
IATF Regulations.

2. The objectives of the activity are the following:

2.1 Present the 2021 GAD PLANs and Budget;
2.2 Orient District GAD Coordinators on the updated templates to be used for the Quarterly
District GAD Reports;
2.3 Present gender related issues in times of pandemic;
2.4 Plan for the Women’s month Celebration; and
2.5 Discuss other matters that may arise.

3. The participants are the District Head, District GAD Coordinator and School GAD Coordinators
4. Transportation, meals, snacks and other incidental expenses relative to the conduct of the
activity shall be charge through school MOOE.
5. Immediate and wide dissemination of this memorandum is desired.
