This is Reyniere Alo, a 4" year graduating student and the representative of the following students: Ponce, Junalyn Ungab, Junimark Tolentino, Romil Reyes, Robin Sanchez, Lloyd Capute, Charlene We took Remedial Law Review 1 during the 1% Semester 2020-2021 to which we unfortunately failed. We understand that Remedial Law 1 is not offered this 2° Semester and that we need to retake such subject next year. In line with this, we would like to petition to reopen Remedial Law 1 this 2 semester subject for your approval. We would also request for your approval, if be allowed, to simultaneously enroll Remedial Law Review 1 and Remedial Law Review 2 this semester. We made this petition under the desire to graduate and be able to take the Bar Exam this year, We undertake to pass these subjects and pay whatever costs this request may entail ‘We do hope for your consideration on this matter.
