The new MR range of reach trucks has been developed to provide greater flexibility than ever before. The eight models
(MR14, MR14H, MR16, MR16H, MR16N, MR20, MR20H and MR25) deliver capacities ranging from 1.4 to 2.5 tonnes with
standard, high lift and narrow chassis versions available. Whatever your warehouse handling requirements, the MR series
won’t let you down.

Compact MR14, 16, 20

1.4, 1.6 and 2.0 tonne trucks, available with a range
of lift heights up to 6800mm.

MR25
2.5 tonne capacity, available with lift heights up to
11400mm.

High lift options

– MR14H, MR16H & MR20H
Lift heights up to 11400mm (on the MR20H). High
flexibility, combining low level order picking and
storage / retrieval in the aisle.

Narrow chassis option– MR16N

Particularly suited for drive-in racking applications
which maximise storage space.

A cold store cab and PVC or heated seat are
available as options.
 Reinforced mast
The new MR series is our toughest range of reach trucks yet featuring
reinforced masts for very high lifts. A fixed mast, tilting carriage and
load backrest are offered as standard.

Powerful performance – Height preselector

To enhance driver comfort and reduce repetitive neck movements,

every time. the optional height preselector allows the operator to choose from up
to 20 preset stacking levels.

AC technology; a performance level selector; choice of 360° or 180° steering; travel speed reduction on cornering;
simultaneous lift / lower and reach / retract functions = we’ve put the power of advanced design into every MR series truck,
giving you higher levels of performance, day in, day out.

AC technology
Every truck in the MR series is powered by AC motors, offering
increased performance and potentially lower maintenance costs. AC
technology delivers travel speeds up to 12kph and no variance in
performance whether laden or unladen.
Operators also have the ability to harness power, switching between
high performance for maximum productivity, and less power for more
delicate operations and increased shift life.
Combine these features with an extended battery life and fewer
components, and it’s easy to see the benefits of AC technology.

Regenerative braking
Regenerative braking is standard across all MR series trucks giving
increased battery life and parts life.

Preset performance levels

With three settings – soft, medium and hard – plus a creep speed for
sensitive manoeuvres, the operator is able to preset the performance
of the truck depending on the task in hand, all at the touch of a button.
A hard setting allows the truck to travel at fast speeds – ideal for longer
runs – with rapid acceleration and a very short braking distance.
Alternatively, a switch to the soft position limits the speed of the truck
and prolongs battery life. For maximum flexibility, all settings can be
adjusted to suit driver preference or the individual application.
To promote best driving practice and extend the life of the load wheel,
creep speed is automatically applied when the mast is reached
forward.

Simultaneous functions
For ease of use, all trucks feature
simultaneous lift/lower and reach/retract
functions. Mast dampening reduces
shock loads and mast clang for greater
operator comfort.

360° steering
360° steering is available as standard on all MR series trucks, enabling
greater driving control and more accurate positioning at the rack face.
Depending on driver preference, the steering can be easily changed
from 360° to 180° and vice versa with a simple on-site modification.
For ease of use, the drive wheel is automatically centred upon start-up,
whilst to give added stability, MR series trucks also benefit from
automatic speed reduction on cornering. The fly by wire progressive
steering automatically reduces steering sensitivity as travel speed
increases to enhance straight line travel control.
180° steering is available as an option.
 Total control
For the first time, the MR series includes joystick operation as standard
with the Yale-designed Palmtech™. Drivers can access all lift functions,
forward/reverse and the horn from this single, ergonomic control. A
rocker switch enables a quick change of travel direction. Palmtech™

The drivers’ choice. has been developed to require only minimum effort therefore
minimising fatigue.

Driver comfort = increased productivity. 4xfingertip control levers which are also available.
Continuing the ergonomic theme, the fully-adjustable steering column
includes a palm rest and spinner knob on the steering wheel.

we’ve added a whole host of features and modifications, including the Palmtech™ joystick control, all approved by our team

The comprehensive instrumentation panel provides operators with an
at-a-glance display of all vital truck functions and also aids problem
diagnosis.

Sitting Comfortably.
Take a seat inside an MR series truck and you’ll
immediately feel our commitment to driver comfort. All
trucks in the range incorporate a 3-way adjustable, full
suspension seat with padded headrest, designed to
offer optimum support. A heated seat and PVC seat
are available as options.
A sliding armrest, which automatically returns to the
home position, alleviates the build-up of fatigue in the
forearm. A kneepad, large footwell and low effort
pedals increase operator comfort.
Accessing and exiting this area is equally relaxed,
with a low integral step and padded handgrip.
