MOTION TO REDUCE BAIL

COMES NOW, Accused, YOLANDA GUTIERREZ, by herself, unto this Honorable

Court, respectfully manifests that:

1. On August 22, 2011 a warrant of arrest was issued against the herein accused with a
recommended bail of two thousand pesos ( P 2, 000.00) for each case or for a total of six
thousand pesos (P 6, 000.00);

2. The accused is requesting this Honorable Court for a reduction of her bail from six
thousand pesos to three thousand pesos (P 3, 000.00) cash bond so that she could be able
to enjoy provisional liberty while the instant cases are pending;

3. The accused is an indigent and had to seek the help of her family and friends to raise the
amount of his bail;

4. The accused undertakes to appear for trial whenever required by the Honorable Court to
present her defense.
PRAYER

WHEREFORE, in view of the above, it is most respectfully prayed of this Honorable Court
that the instant Motion be granted.

Other reliefs just and equitable under the premises are likewise prayed for.
