War is fighting for something you want or need for your country.

Without war the economy will drop, such as Bush is

fighting for oil. Oil is what runs the economy. For some country, they are fighting base on their religion beliefs, that
Gods tell you to do this or that. During that past, most people fight for land. America was used to belong to the
Natives, the European sail to their land and take over. The Vietnam was not communism until the North take over.
War is based on politics. Based, on this war is necessary and will lead to future political and land disputes.

A strategy is anything that gets used against the rival or the competitive team, to gain a victory against them.
Strategies are the reasonable and proper planning, that is predetermined, and or strongly acknowledged being the
activities to accomplish goals against the competitive parties. Strategies are of numerous classifications and have
their expectations and probabilities. Distinct strategies play diverse roles when it comes to the objectives and the
goals to be accomplished.

Just like every other province has its strategies to be implemented, with the reference of Sun Tzu's art of war
implications, there are some strategies which were used in that art of war. “If you understand the antagonist and
realize yourself you require not to fear the outcomes of a hundred battles", is the strategy that was originally used.
This strategy was constructed to use against the competitor and the rivals in the guise of them, to win against them
by stimulating the team members of our team and to provoke some sort of fire in them, so that they work efficiently to
win against the competitors. There are always some characteristics that we have to take into consideration while we
are contending with the competitors, without undervaluing them.

In late 500, Sun Tzu authored a book called The Art of War, which contains 13 chapters that focus on military
strategies and tactics. According to Sun Tzu, the positioning of an army was important and while doing so one should
take into account the physical environment and subjective beliefs of one's opponents on the field. He emphasized the
importance of responding quickly to the environment in order to appropriately meet changing conditions. In a static
environment, planning works successfully, but in a dynamic and changing environment plan rarely work.

The Art of War, literally: "Master Sun's Rules of Warfare" is an ancient Chinese military treatise dating from the 5th
century BC. Attributed to the ancient Chinese military strategist Sun Tzu – "Master Sun", the text is composed of 13
chapters, each of which is devoted to one aspect of warfare. It is commonly thought of as a definitive work on military
strategy and tactics. It was placed at the head of China's Seven Military Classics upon the collection's creation in
1080 by Emperor Shenzong of Song and has long been the most influential strategy text in East Asia. It has had an
influence on Eastern and Western military thinking, business tactics, legal strategy and beyond.

The Art of War by Sun Tzu is the finest compilation of advice on strategy, tactics and leadership. It comprises of 33
pieces of advices and lay down principles by which one can lead men successfully, influence others, devise an
effective strategy and overcome resistance and enemies in a war like situation. Sun Tzu was a general and military
strategist par excellence and his advices are meant to ensure success in the battlefield. The corporate world with its
complex construct of interpersonal relationships, teamwork and competitive environment also resembles a war zone
in many aspects and many of the strategy implications and leadership principles remain the same.

Thus many managers and especially successful one who have transformed into good leaders have taken the help of
Art of War by Sun Tzu to emerge as a good leader and foster teamwork and ensure organizational success by
devising strategy and executing them keeping in mind the advice laid down in the book.

The best lessons business can take away from the Art of War are:

1. Know your enemy, know yourself

This applies to the competitive forces present in our industry. It means that in order for us to win against our
competition, we need to understand them more fruitfully, assessing their strengths and their weaknesses in order to
come up with better plans.

2. Choose your battles

We have to recognize the value behind the timing. We cannot fight a war which favors the enemy, similarly, bringing
a product similar to the competition, while their product is at its best can only hinder our progress or the need to
spend more money in order to compete with the product exists which would not be an ideal situation for small
companies.

3. The best way to win is not to fight at all

It implies that competition will always ensue but as a smarter company, we would want to reduce our chances of
clashes by introducing something unique that others cannot offer or at least, offer it first.

4. No one profits from prolonged warfare

It implies that while being competitive is inevitable, dragging out the competition is highly unlikely to be fruitful to
either side.

5. Whoever is first in the field and awaits the coming of the enemy will be fresh for the fight, while whoever is the
second would have to haste in the battle and therefore, arrive exhausted.

It implies that while pioneers have a higher necessary for cost spendings, being first would mean that there is lesser
need to catch up to the competition, one can achieve better scope and win the initial battles which would be beneficial
in a long term engagement.

The four quotes that can be used from the art of war are:-

1. A leader leads by example and not by force.

Which, in a business setting would have implications over the style of leadership employed in any given company and
how the leader should use their powers in order to gain the support of their followers and not through coercion.

2. Fight the enemy where they are.

Which would imply that not all companies can fight against their competitors in the sense that their competition is
dictated by a number of factors. We should therefore consider competing with a competition based on our strengths
and not theirs.

3. If the mind is willing, the flesh could go on and on without many things.

Which has implication when we consider how management functions in a company, therefore,. If the management is
competent with their approach, the leadership is competent in their understanding of their workforce and their
mission, the employees would follow the lead instead of having to push them in order to achieve the required result.

4. Even the sharpest sword, plusalt water saltwater will eventually rust.

Which has implications to a business in the sense that innovation is what drives the market. If a company fails to
innovate, they would eventually lose their place in the market to their competition in a similar way to the sword.

The art of war is of vital importance to the state. It is a matter of life and death, a road either to safety or to ruin.
Hence it is a subject of inquiry which can on no account be neglected.” So begins The Art of War, a meditation on the
rules of war that was first published in China.

International business encompasses all commercial activities that take place to promote the transfer of goods,
services, resources, people, ideas, and technologies across national boundaries.

The art of war is significant in international business and it is required in most business schools today because the
study of international business involves understanding the effects that the above activities have on domestic and
foreign markets, countries, governments, companies, and individuals. Successful international businesses recognize
the diversity of the world marketplace and are able to cope with the uncertainties and risks of doing business in a
continually changing global market.

It can be mentioned that the covid-19 crisis has struggled many political movements and apart from that it has been
the result of trade was and these politics triggered the enemity as well as friendships between countries which led to
new trade deals And barriers and that is the reason why the coronavirus crisis has resulted in new friendships and
this is the result of political agendas and this has resulted in the trade diversions and trade barriers which is related to
economics which is why you can mention that there is no economics without politics and no politics without
economics
The COVID-19 is crating chaos in the world with 45 hundred thousand infected and more than 3 lakh deaths globally
and increasing counts day by day. A virus that arise from Wuhan, china in the late 2019 makes it its new epicentre in
America. Ofcourse, the virus's journey from Wuhan to Washington already made many political and economical
impact globally. And no doubt this journey from Wuhan to Washington will make more chaos in the global political,
economical, socio-cultural environment
Let us discuss the global impact of Covid-19 briefly.

ECONOMIC IMPACT.
World's greatest economies like U.S, China, U.K, France, Italy, Japan and many more countries are at the edge of a
economic disaster. Oil prices have fallen down and stock markets around the world is sinking. In the first week only
more than 3.e million Americans reported unemployment and more tha 6.6 million people lost their job. Managing
Director of International Monitory Fund (IMF), Kristalina Georgieva demystify that “a recession at least as bad as
during the Global Financial Crisis or worse”. Many other economic experts and scholars have already warned about
the alarming condition of the global economic and financial structure.
The world is facing the worst economic situation after World War-II . When it is the matter of economic damages and
human cost all the countries have to work together and to save human creature and the economic structure as well.

POLITICAL IMPACT.
The politic impact of Covid-19 is also as much important as the economic impact on it. Leaders from many countries
started arguements and blamed the Chinese government for mishandling the virus. American President Donald
Trump is in the forefront of this blame game. A China-America heated arguement started in the ealry march on the
the Covid-19, Pres. Trump called it a chinese virus and China repeatedly warned for calling the virus chinese and
blaming them. Chances are increasing that, if there is a economic slowdown or recession in the U.S, then definitely it
could reduce the chances, to re-elect Trump. Many other leaders like South Korean President Moon jae-in, Japanese
P.M Shinzo Abe are facing such threat.
Post-Covid era will face many geo-political crisis. U.S-China trade war will be a part of this.
Anyway WHO is trying to unite world countries in this difficult time , it is trying to encourage global response based on
solidarity. As virus will not stop on the borders, only global solidarity can prevent it.
SOCIO-CULTURAL IMPACT
The Covid has an impact on all the ambit of our normal life. It is attacking our cultural life heavily. Libraries, Churches,
mosques memorials, community centres, museums and all cultural venues are shut down. Festivals, cerymonies,
parties, functions and all other events, wherethere is a possibility of social gatherings are cancelled. employees may
have job loss, workers working in freelance sector may be left for weeks and months without income. The active
involvement of social and cultural life is damaged by the COVID-19.
