Job Description

way. We are looking for an experienced Mobile Technical Lead to provide hands-on leadership for
leveraging latest mobile technology advances to create a new generation of exciting Consumer
Experience.

This role will lead a team of internal and external resources and use Agile/Devops practices to deliver a
consumer facing, enterprise-scale, mobile experience for real estate buyers and sellers. The ideal
candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in leading Mobile Application Lifecycle including
Design, Build, and Rollout for Mobile Apps across iOS and Android platforms. Ideal candidate should
have hands-on experience with cross-platform mobile tools, building and deploying consumer-facing
progressive web applications, and leveraging APIs to pull data from enterprise platforms. Detailed
understanding of controls and compliance issues (including information security) is a must. Candidate
must also demonstrate ability to collaborate and work closely with business and IT stakeholders. The
ideal candidate is a hands-on, experienced technologist with a high energy level and the ability to
communicate with all levels of the organization. The successful candidate will develop peer relationships
that build on positive and open interaction.

Responsibilities:

• Guide agile development teams through the mobile product/platform lifecycle taking
responsibility for the quality and timeliness of completed work.

• Collaborate with business and technology leaders on developing product/platform vision and
roadmap.

• Efficient and effective decision making and direction setting supporting execution excellence.

• Manage product engineering resource assignments across a portfolio of projects.

• Ensure automated Quality Engineering procedures are in place.

• Planning, budgeting, scheduling and reporting on projects.


• Report on project status, present monthly and annual reports to senior management.

• Contribute to strategic planning particularly technology direction and project resourcing.

Qualifications:

• Education/Experience Needs

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT or equivalent.

• 8+ years of experience building consumer facing web/mobile apps with hands-on


leadership on the mobile app front.

• 3+ years leading agile product engineering teams.

• 3+ years hands-on experience with cloud-native technologies and APIs.

• Experience with messaging technologies e.g. RCS (rich text messaging).

• Technical Expertise

• Proficient in handling the most complex of technical development concepts, latest


software tools and technologies, and designing techniques.

• Hands-on experience with modern mobile development tools such as React Native,
Cordova, Xamarin, Flutter etc.

• Working knowledge of Technology Architecture patterns.

• Solutions Architecture experience.

• Management Skills

• Ability to lead teams and manage internal client expectations.

• This position can be performed anywhere except Colorado.
