Position Intern

Business Vertical Commercial, Advisory & Transactions

Reporting to Team Lead – Commercial Advisory Transaction

Direct reports Nil

Duties & What this job involves –

responsibilities
The Intern will be supported by a dynamic team that will focus on catering
to client needs. The intern will get hands-on experience of working on
some critical assignments and exposure to Commercial Projects

• Support the team in Business Development initiatives and client

mapping
• Assist the team in client servicing and being a key support
• Conduct market benchmarking and survey to understand feasibility
for sales opportunities at project and client level
• Conduct market calls, preview space option sheets, develop fact
sheets and tour books, and gather photos and floor plans
• Collaborate with the team to work on presentations, client pitches
along with follow up materials such as Qualitative, Quantitative
Analysis, Lease Comparisons, Market Overviews, Market Presentations
and so on
• Work on performing complex financial analysis including cash flow
projections, valuation models & Sensitivity Analysis
• Through research, develop data bank and generate reports that
support business decision making
• Analyse and identify to improve business processes
• Effectively utilize all internal teams & databases to support business
needs
