Role of the Intern:

ü Call potential clients to expand their customer base

ü Interview prospective clients to get data about their financial resources and discuss
existing coverage

ü Explain the features of various policies

ü Analyze clients' current insurance policies and suggest additions or changes

ü Customize insurance programs to suit individual clients

ü Develop marketing strategies to compete with other individuals or companies who sell
insurance

ü Interns will also have liberty to choose a project in any domain (Finance, Marketing,
Operations & HR) and if it is a value addition for company then the project will be
implemented by intern.

About Stipend:

ü Interns need to achieve a minimum level of business to qualify for the stipend of Rs.
40,000 per month...!

ü Overachievers will be compensated with incentives, gift cards, and other perks

ü Interns who are not able to achieve their targets may be entitled to a variable stipend
based on their performance
