Job Description
● 15+ years of total experience, preferably from top Fintechs/NBFCs/Financial service organisations
● Financial Management: You will be responsible for managing the company's financial activities,
including budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and reporting. You will oversee financial
operations, including accounting, financial planning, and analysis, and ensure financial transparency
and accuracy.
● Fundraising: You will be responsible for raising funds for the company and maintaining relationships
with investors and lenders. You will need to be familiar with various fundraising methods, including
debt and equity financing, and ensure that the company has adequate funding to meet its growth
objectives.
● Risk Management: As the CFO, you will be responsible for identifying and managing the company's
financial risks. You will need to develop and implement risk management policies and procedures to
mitigate risks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
● Strategic Planning: You will work closely with the CEO and other senior executives to develop and
execute the company's strategic plan. You will need to be familiar with the industry trends and
competitive landscape to help the company stay ahead of the curve and achieve its growth
objectives.
● Investor Relations: You will be responsible for communicating with investors and other stakeholders
about the company's financial performance and growth prospects. You will need to provide regular
updates on the company's financial performance and answer any questions or concerns that
investors may have.
● Team Management: You will manage the finance team, including hiring, training, and performance
management. You need to provide leadership, guidance, and support to the team to ensure that they
are aligned with the company's objectives and goals.
