Job Summary: We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Business Finance Manager with a track

record of at least 15 years in finance and business analysis. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a deep
understanding of financial management, budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling. This individual will play a
critical role in driving financial planning, decision-making, and optimizing business performance. The Senior Business
Finance Manager will collaborate with various departments to provide valuable insights, assess financial risks, and
implement effective strategies to ensure the company's financial success.
Responsibilities:
 Lead the development and execution of financial planning processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and
long-term financial projections.
 Analyze financial data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to the executive team and department
heads.
 Assess and monitor financial performance against key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop appropriate
action plans to address deviations.
 Collaborate with department heads to optimize departmental budgets and ensure alignment with company
objectives.
 Conduct comprehensive financial modeling and scenario analysis to support strategic decision-making.
 Oversee the preparation of financial reports and presentations for the executive team and board of directors.
 Manage cash flow, working capital, and financial risk, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
 Participate in business expansion initiatives, evaluating financial feasibility and potential risks.
 Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, lenders, and business
partners.
 Stay up-to-date with industry trends, economic conditions, and changes in financial regulations that may
impact the company's financial performance.
 Mentor and guide junior finance team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
Qualifications:
 Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. Master's degree or MBA preferred.
 Proven experience as a Finance Manager or similar senior financial role for at least 15 years.
 Strong knowledge of financial management principles, accounting standards, and financial analysis techniques.
 Exceptional financial modeling skills and proficiency in using financial software and tools.
 Demonstrated ability to provide strategic financial insights and support business decision-making.
 Solid understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
 Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
 Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and handle multiple priorities.
 Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
 Experience in Medical Device will be an advantage.
