Action Plan

Idea of choice: Virtual “pen pals”

We can try to contact AIESECers from the specific country selected for the EPs (for instance
Brazilians if the country is Brazil), just so the EPs can get in touch with someone from that
country and get acquainted with the type of people there. They can exchange numbers and try
to help each other out in general.

Date Task How to go about it

6 Jan 2021 Create list for A fairly straightforward task: contact all EPs and create
countries EPs are a list of countries assigned/allotted. It would be better if
assigned EPs with a common country are grouped together.
8-12 Jan Contact LCs Contact LCs abroad to ask if they would be interested
2021 abroad in setting up a system like this. If they would want the
same for any incoming EPs, I’m sure most of us (at
least myself) would be more than happy to do the same
14-16 Jan Personality To try to better suit EPs of different cultures together,
examinations take a personality quiz (perhaps on SurveyMonkey or
Google Forms) and ask simple questions about their
personality. The same is to be done for any willing
AIESECers in the chosen country. This can thus allow
us to match people with like personalities.
18 Jan Interaction time! Having taken contact info from both EPs and foreign
onwards AIESECers, connect them (possibly in groups) on
WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram etc.
18 Jan Checking in Keep checking in on both EPs and foreign AIESECers
onwards from time-to-time, to ensure that they are comfortably
interacting with each other. Schedule group conference
calls occasionally to check in on interaction and to
make foreign AIESECers feel comfortable.
Close to Feedback When the exchange program is about to commence,
start of take feedback from EPs regarding how they found the
exchange foreigners, what they learnt, what else they wished to
program learn, etc.
