We, undersigned persons, certify that on 10.10.2011 UTI s/n G

13764 was inspected. No remarks. The full length of tape is free of
breaks, kinks, excessive wear, and illegible numbers. The verification
was completed with UTI s/n G 17363, which was inspected by SGS-
Nederland B.V. on 22-d of September, 2010.

The difference of the tapes lengths was not found. Ullage interface
verification completed. The display is working properly. The buzzer,
alarm tone is audible.
