AIM:

The aim of the study to design an exclusive public space dedicated to maritime activities
encompassing its past,present and future.

OBJECTIVES:
To preserve the rich maritime heritage of India.
Making people aware to the field of maritime,marine and navy.
To connect various fields of maritime trade,education navy ,travel,culture at one place.

Scope:

The need of the maritime center is important for the public to experience the
importance of the region to know about the maritime related activities and the trade through
inland waterways. It also portrays the importance activities of Indian navy.
Museum - A maritime museum  is a museum specializing in the display of objects relating
to ships and travel on large bodies of water. A subcategory of maritime museums are naval
museums, which focus on navies and the military use of the sea.
Aquarium - It is a marine mammal park presenting an ocean habitat marine life.The idea of
aquatic aquarium is a revolutionary concept of entertainment along with education based
on our natural human curiosity about the other forms of animal life.
Restaurant -  specializes in seafood cuisine and seafood dishes, such as fish and shellfish.
The concept may focus upon the preparation and service of fresh seafood to people who come
to visit the complex.
Commercial complex – The complex have fish market and other shops. The market place is for
selling fish and fish products. It can be dedicated to wholesale trade between fishermen
and fish merchants, or to the sale of seafood to individual consumers, or to both.
