11.Give the English meaning of the phrase mäm anusmara yudhya ca. (8.7)

 mām — Me;  anusmara — go on remembering; yudhya — fight; ca — also;

Therefore, Arjuna, you should always think of Me in the form of Kṛṣṇa and at the same time carry out
your prescribed duty of fighting. With your activities dedicated to Me and your mind and intelligence fixed
on Me, you will attain Me without doubt.

12.Give the English meaning of the phrases ananya-cetäù and tasyähaà sulabhaù. (8.14)

ananya-cetāḥ — without deviation of the mind;

 tasya — to him; aham — I am; su-labhaḥ — very easy to achieve; 

For one who always remembers Me without deviation, I am easy to obtain, O son of Pṛthā, because of his
constant engagement in devotional service.

13.Give the English meaning of the word duùkhälayam (8.15)

 duḥkha-ālayam — place of miseries; 

14.List the duration in years of Satya, Tretä, Dväpara and Kali-yugas & a kalpa. (8.17)

Satya yuga  lasts 1,728,000 years


Tretā-yuga lasts 1,296,000 years
Dvāpara-yuga lasts 864,000 years
Kali-yuga lasts 432,000 years
A kalpa is a day of Brahmā (thousand cycles of 4 yugas)

These four  yugas,  rotating a thousand times, comprise one day of Brahmā, and the same number comprise
one night. Brahmā lives one hundred of such “years” and then dies. These “hundred years” by earth
calculations total to 311 trillion and 40 billion earth years.
