Anent your letter of request dated May 11 and 15, 2020 and subsequent follow up letter dated June 9,
2020, reiterating the same request, please be advised that under E.O. No. 2, s. 2016, Section 9, sub-
section (a) provides that:

“Any person who requests access to information shall submit a written request to the government office
concerned. The request shall state the name and contact information of the requesting party, provide
valid proof of his identification or authorization, reasonably describe the information requested, and the
reason for, or purpose of, the request for information… “

Our office will immediately respond to your request upon full compliance of the requisites mentioned
above.

Likewise, in relation to your letter dated May 20, 2020, addressed to the Punong Barangay and Council
regarding the removal of the Barangay Secretary, Mary Rose Manansala, for abuse of authority,
unbecoming conduct, no face mask, offering of money in the amount of P500.00 each and twenty (20)
kilos of rice in exchange for the deletion of her video, all administrative complaints filed against any
barangay official must undergo the required notice and hearing in compliance with the constitutionally
guaranteed mandate of due process of law.

You are hereby requested to attend an administrative hearing to be conducted by this office on (Date) to
investigate such matter.
