Certification that Ms. Lady Lyn Magote, one of the complainants, is barred from filing an action in court/from seeking judicial recourse for non- appearance at the conciliation proceedings dated June 11 & 26, 2020, July 3 & 10, 2020, with Brgy. case no. 168051920/01. 3. Certification that Mr. Philip Alvarez, Eduardo Magote and Alfredo Navarro, respondents are barred from seeking judicial recourse/from filing an action in court for non-appearance at the conciliation proceedings dated January 6, 8, 15, 22 & 29, with Brgy. case no. 168010220/02.

EXECUTIVE BRANCH THE PEOPLE’S CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHT TO INFORMATION AND THE STATE POLICIES TO FULL PUBLIC DISCLOSURE AND TRANSPARENCY IN THE PUBLIC SERVICE AND PROVIDING GUIDELINES THEREFOR, Section 9, sub- section (a) provides that: SECTION 9.
