4. Does your principal follow the basic Five Stage Clinical Supervision suggested by Goldhammer? What is your
opinion as to why he/she DOES or why he/she DOES NOT? (5 points)

5. Is the Clinical Supervision being implemented or undertaken in your school “truly” contributing to the
improvement of the quality of instruction in your school? Cite evidence for your answer. (10 points)

6. If you were to assess yourself, to what stage do you belong as a teacher (self-adequacy, classroom, other
students and teachers)? What makes you think that you belong to such stage? (10) points)

7. Based on your Teacher Stage, what model of supervision is the ideal model that your principal should be
performing/exhibiting in order to improve your teaching performance? (10)

8. Describe the predominant supervisory behavior of your principal. Cite at least two actual incidents in your
superior-subordinate relationship which made you think that such is his/her predominant supervisory behavior.

9. In Knowledge Work Supervision, the author recommends that teachers interact with key people in the
organization with whom they should be exchanging critical information. Based on your experience as a teacher:

a. Give at least 3 examples of critical information that are not being reported to the supervisor. (5)

b. What do you think are the reasons why these critical information are not being reported to the supervisor?
