This document will help and explain how to safely package and ship your Fairphone 2.

Please follow these simple instructions that explain how to guarantee its integrity during
transportation:

Follow the visual instructions below to package your Fairphone securely:

1.) Protect your device and each accessory separately in bubble wrap packaging. Any unprotected
object may damage the unit during transport.
Important note: The battery should remain in the device!

2.) Place everything in a suitable cardboard box, making sure the content can’t move in inside the box

3.) Include the following documentation inside the package.

• Sales Return Voucher
• Copy of Proof of Purchase

4.) Get your shipping label via the email that you will receive separately from UPS.
Close your package and stick the shipping label on it.

Fairphone and/or Cordon Electronics cannot be held liable for any damage of defective goods as
a result of improper packaging material or improper packaging. In the case of an empty package upon
receipt (looted), Fairphone and/or Cordon Electronics cannot be held liable in case of proven fault of the
carrier or the customer.
