Shipping instructions for your defective ASUS product

Dear customer,

With your ASUS repair number (RMA number) obtained through this mail, you can
return your defective product

to our ASUS service center for repair.

A) Preparing your product for shipment:

1) We recommend that you use the original ASUS packing material for the

packing your defective product. The defective product must be packed in a sturdy
box.

In addition, (if possible original) filling material must be used in the box, so
that any

impact or fall damage can be absorbed and the product cannot move inside the box.

ASUS is not responsible for any kind of damage caused to the product during the

transport as a result of the use of faulty packaging material. Please note

that your package is transported via a certain route. After repair, Asus will
pack your product in

a new standard box if the original packaging is damaged. your original

packaging material will then not be returned.

2) We advise you NOT to send accessories, such as the notebook bag, etc., with the
defective item

ASUS product, but the adapter and the battery. ASUS is not responsible for the
loss

of other accessories during the transport and repair of the product.

3) You must back up your personal data and software and all

remove personal data from your product. ASUS does not accept

liability for loss of your personal data, your software becoming unusable

or violating the confidentiality of your personal information or software. You

guarantees that the product does not contain illegal software and/or illegal data.

4) Please enclose a copy of the proof of purchase / invoice of the product.

5) If you reuse a box, please remove the old stickers on the cardboard.

B) You will receive an email within one business day with a digital label required

C) Important information regarding our service

1) If your product is out of warranty or damaged due to improper use, we will

2) ASUS is not responsible for any damage and/or alteration of software or

for loss of data during the transport and repair of your product. We advise you
to

back up your most important data and software before sending the product.

3) When you have received your repaired ASUS product back from the carrier, advise

we ask you to open the package and check the contents for damage to the product.

If damage(s) to the product is detected, we advise you to take clear photos of


this,

which may be made available to ASUS upon request.

4) When you receive the repaired Product back from the carrier, please check

carefully check the appearance of the package before signing the carrier's
receipt.

In case of suspected damage, please note this on the receipt (for example:

“Damaged!”) along with your signature. After the carrier leaves, please open

To prevent damage to your product, we recommend that you use the original box when
shipping

Correct incorrect

The product must be packed carefully and must not be able to move in the box.

If the adapter and battery are sent along, please place the adapter/cable in the
appropriate box
