Affix the mailing label squarely onto the address side of the parcel, covering up any previous delivery
address and barcode without overlapping any adjacent side.

go to www.ups.com.

item back!
Make sure you send it back in a secure box, not an envelope, with all accessories.
Please sign out of all accounts (iCloud, Samsung, Gmail, etc.), disable the lock code and factory reset the
device to speed up the process. Devices that are locked will not be processed until we contact you and
get the issue resolved, delaying your refund.
iPhone:
1. Removing iCloud: Settings – iCloud name – iCloud – turn Find My iPhone off – go back – scroll to the
bottom and sign out. If you’re unable to access the device, you can do so via www.iCloud.com log in –
Find My iPhone – click on returned iPhone – click on Erase Device – put the information required – once
it tells you the device has been erased, click on ‘Remove From Account’
2. Passcode: Settings – Touch ID & Passcode – Turn Passcode Off
3. Factory reset: Settings – General – Reset – Erase All Content and Settings
Apple Watch:
1. Removing iCloud: Keep iPhone and Apple Watch close together - Go to Watch App – Tap on Watch –
Tap on Info icon – Unpair Apple Watch – Confirm your iCloud account password.
2. The factory reset will be done automatically once the watch has been Unpaired from your iPhone.
Samsung Phone:
1. Removing passcode: Settings - Lock screen & Security - Screen lock type - none
2. Removing Google Account: Settings - Accounts & Back Up - Accounts - Menu - Remove Account
3. Factory reset: Settings - Back up & Reset (or Privacy) - Factory data reset
Make sure to write the RMA# on the outside of the shipping package. Doing this will ensure you receive
your refund or exchange quickly.
