Additional Instructions for mailing your parcel

Print the label.

Securely pack the items you are returning, include the barcode with the original packing slip in the package and
stick the Return Label on the outside of the package.
Securely pack the items to be returned in a box, preferably in the original box or box provided by Amazon.
Affix the personalised return mailing label securely to the package, covering up any previous delivery address
and barcode without overlapping any adjacent side.
Take the package to your nearest DHL Parcelshop for delivery. No postage is necessary if the package is mailed
with the pre-paid return mailing label.
You can return packages with maximum dimensions of 120 x 60 x 60 cm via a DHL Parcelshop using the prepaid
postage label.
Find the nearest DHL store. If you’re returning shipments from Denmark, you can dropoff these shipments at the
Bring stores
Please be aware to only add the items into the parcel that are listed below. This will help avoid potential delays
during the return process. Items that are not listed on the label can be returned via the online return center.
To ensure safe transportation, the battery must be returned inside the product.
