Additional Instructions for mailing your package

Securely pack the items in a box.
Remember to include the Return Merchandise Authorisation inside the package.
Affix the mailing label squarely onto the address side of the parcel, covering up any previous delivery address
and barcode without overlapping any adjacent side.
Use the address listed in the Mailing label and affix the appropriate amount of postage.
Ship package from your nearest post office or courier company of your choice.

Burnt , Physical damage,seal opened product are not entitled for return. For such products and the products
having any manufacturing defect ,the customer needs to contact the service center. If the customer wants the
service for the used product from us then courier charges both ways will have to be borne by the customer.
Warranty replacement time for the product is 7 to 14 days. There is no policy for return of product but you can
exchange the product of equal amount ,in that case the courier charges shall be deducted . If any refund has
to be applied on excess amount then the courier charges has to be borne by the customer only.
