Additional Instructions for mailing your package

Ensure that there are no other tracking labels attached to your package. If you are shipping a non-hazardous item, completely remove or cover any hazardous
materials markings.
Affix the mailing label using clear plastic shipping tape over the entire label and squarely onto the address side of the parcel, covering up any previous delivery
address and barcode without overlapping any adjacent side.
Take this package to a UPS location. To find your closest UPS location, visit the UPS Drop Off Locator or go to www.ups.com.

All returns require prior authorization.

Please call or send a message via your buyer portal before you return any products:

Return Policy

Non-defective: All non-defective parts are subject to a 20% restocking fee, additionally, original outgoing shipping fee is not refundable. All returned products
must be 100% complete, and in as sold condition (new product should be new sealed). Customer is responsible for all freight costs associated with non-defective
or mistakenly ordered products. Customer is responsible for all risk of loss and damage to products returned to A-Z Computing. Customers shall insure all return
products against loss or damage while the product in question is in transit. Items that are not in the same condition as sold in are subject to a 50% restock fee.

Defective: A-Z Computing will replace defective items, if possible, or the purchase price of the defective product will be refunded or credited to Customer's account.
All defective items must be returned to A-Z Computing within ten (10) business days of receipt of the product.

Warranty

All products come with a 180-day warranty, unless otherwise noted in the product description.

New Product: This includes OEM's Equivalent to New (ETN) remanufactured product that has been rigorously tested by the OEM to perform at the same
performance levels as a new OEM product. These products are sold by the OEMs as new product to A-Z Computing.

Refurbished Product: The A-Z Computing Warranty does not apply to defects resulting from: (1) inadequate or improper maintenance; (2) unauthorized
modification or misuse; (3) usage outside of the environmental specifications of the part or product; or (4) improper site preparation and maintenance.

We will replace or repair, at our discretion, the part or parts that fail during the warranty period. This is a limited warranty and does not cover cosmetic blemishes,
scratches, and color defects.
