Running and Walking

These are both excellent forms of cardiovascular exercise. Neither is necessarily


“better” than the other. Cardiovascular exercise is also good for your mental health.
When doing these activities you are using more of your lower body as a matter of fact
most of the people who do these regularly do have stronger bones, healthier hearts and
lower body weights than their sedentary counterparts.

Playing soccer and Doing Zumba

When playing soccer or doing Zumba we use all parts of our body. Also, both of these
activity is good for your physical health, it exercises all of your muscles in your body.
You can enjoy doing this activity plus you are making your body and muscles stronger.
