01/31/2019.

That I shall pay the sum of FIFTY THOUSAND PESOS (P 50,000.00) to LETICIA Z. DE JESUS
upon demand and in the instance that the land I own located at Barrio Maybato,
Malandog,Hamtic, Antique will be sold, I promise to immediately pay LETICIA Z. DE JESUS out
of the proceed of such sale without need for demand.
