The undersigned seek your assistance on the anomalous investment scheme of

Junelyn Gregorio of San Jose Street, Brgy. Tiza, Roxas City, Capiz.

Junelyn Gregorio offers to the public a “Double your Money in 25 Days Scheme”,
which has a daily payout of 8% of the invested capital for 25 days. Junelyn
Gregorio informed us that she is engaged in crypto currency trading, hence, our
investments are guaranteed.

The undersigned invested the total amount of ________________ last

____________________, however, last January 4, 2021 she failed to give the daily
payout from December 31, 2020, January 1, 2, 3 and 4, 2021. Demands were made
until January 6, 2021 when she paid the daily payout. Unfortunately from January
6- to date, no payouts were made despite demand.

The undersigned then investigated on the validity of Junelyn Gregorio’s

investment scheme and found out that there were no pertinent documents regarding
her alleged crypto- currency trading corporation.

That, until today, Junelyn Gregorio is still engage in the anomalous investment
scheme, gathering investment capital from the public. Thus, we would like to ask
your assistance for the investigation and filing of proper complaint against Junelyn
Gregorio.
