AFFIDAVIT of WITNESS

I, JANETH LAGUARDIA, of legal age, married, Filipino citizen and

resident of Jolongajog, Pontevedra, Capiz after having duly sworn to
in accordance with law hereby depose and state:

1. That, around 12:00 o’clock in the morning of September 2, 2016,

I was at home in Brangay Jolongajog, Pontevedra, Capiz when I
saw Elizabeth Pore a minor threw stones at Leonila Almeria;

2. I heard Leonila Almeria asked who did it and my husband Rolly

Laguardia, told her that it was Elizabeth Pore, then he called
Elizabeth to asked why did she do it when Joel Pore went out of
their house with her mother Tessie Pore and Rosario Pelaga;

3. When Rolly started asking Elizabeth some questions suddenly,

Joel Pore punched Rolly in the face with the use of iron hand
guard (piche corno) and Tessie Pore and Rosario Pelaga grabbed
and held him so that he cannot move and fight back;

4. When I saw these, I ran towards them and tried to pacify them,
however, Tessie and Rosario also grabbed me and hit me on
different parts of my body. As the commotion had caught the
attention of our neighbors, they pacified us;

5. I then brought my husband at Pontevedra Health Center for

medical attention;
 6. That I am executing this affidavit to attest to the truth of all the
foregoing facts and for whatever legal purpose this may serve.
