Brgy. Agbalo, Panay, Capiz by virtue of these presents, do hereby SELL, CEDE TRANSFER AND
CONVEY FOREVER, unto said buyer, his heirs, successors and assigns the above-described motor
vehicle

That I further declare that the above-described motor vehicle is free from liens and/or
encumbrances and shall defend its ownership from any/all claims whatsoever.
