AFFIDAVIT OF WITNESS

I, ELIZABETH RAMOS, of legal age, and a resident of Gawi, Oslob,

Cebu, after having been sworn to in accordance with law, do hereby depose
and say:

1. That on November 2, 2007, I was at the residence of spouses Arlene

Dolliole and Antoine Dolliole, the former is the newly elected Barangay Captain
of Barangay Gawi, Oslob, Cebu;
2. That it was then that is saw Iglesia Gorillo and Concordio Sinalan
talking to Arlene Dolliole in a rather loud voice;
3. That my curiousity drove me to go to the said persons at it was then
that I was able to hear and understand clearly what they were talking about;
4. That Iglesia Gorillo and Concordio Sinalan demanded the sum of
P10,000.00 from the Dolliole’s otherwise, Arlene Dolliole would not be able to sit
as Barangay Captain, because Gorillo and SInalan will tell everybody in the
community that the Dolliole’s has sexually molested Marjilyn Gorillo;
5. That later on, I happened to meet Iglesia Gorillo at Talamban, Cebu
City;
6. That I immediately confronted her about what really is the truth in her
spreading rumors against the Dolliole’s and the case that they filed against
them;
7. That Iglesia admitted to me that she knew about the rumor that her
husband is that one who ahs been sexually molesting Marjilyn Gorillo, and not
the Dolliole’s.
8. Iglesia further confided to me that I was really her fault because she
left Marjilyn to the care of Concordio for more that 8 years.
9. Iglesia went on to say that she was sorry for whatever damage this
might have caused the spouses Dolliole’s.
6. That I execute the foregoing affidavit to attest to the truth the
foregoing facts.
