JOINT-AFFIDAVIT OF TWO DISINTERESTED PERSONS

We, ROSALINA CARBON MERO and PANFILO ALONTE JACA, both of legal age, both
are married and both residents of Brgy. Ipil, Ormoc City, respectively after having been sworn in
accordance with the law, hereby deposes and says:
1. That we are not related either by consanguinity or affinity to EMILIANA
CORNELIA C. PABILAN, who was born on February 24, 1874 in Ormoc City of
Filipino parents MAXIMO PABILAN and DOLORES CODOG who were
residents of Ormoc City, and was baptize on May 20, 1874 at St. Peter and Paul
Parish, Ormoc City and was baptized by Rev. Fr. Juan Seno;
2. That we personally know to EMILIANA CORNELIA C. PABILAN, as she been
one of our family friend and neighbor during his lifetime ;
3. That we have known personally as fact, that some documents concerning to her
baptismal record, it was not recorded nor was it registered to any parish church in the
country;
4. That we personally known as fact that the date of her baptism was not recorded but
we undertake to confirm that he was baptized on the date, place mentioned above;
and
5. That we are executing this affidavit to attest the truth of the foregoing, and for
whatever legal purpose this affidavit may serve. 
  IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto affixed my signature on October 14, 2020 in
Ormoc City, Philippines.
