Case:
Mrs. Angela, 25 years old, G2P1A0 come to hospital to do first antenatal care to make sure
she is pregnant because she has not get period and her test pack sign positive. She has history
of severe preeclampsia and do C-section in her past pregnant. The doctor perform ultrasound
and the result her pregnancy in 11 weeks of gestation and have perfect pregnancy. The doctor
give some vitamins, iron supplemental and aspirin. As a patient Mrs. Angela ask the doctor
why she get aspirin on her pregnancy right now and what the function of it.

P: Patient ór pregnant woman,first trimester gestasional age who come to hospital to do some
antenatal care
I: Aspirin
C: what type of preeclampsia (preterm or term preeclampsia) that aspirin have efficacy to
prevent if it given below 16 weeks of gestation?
O: aspirin onset and dose to prevent preeclampsia

Clinical question?
Is Aspirin effective and have efficacy if given in first trimester? And how can it prevent that
disease?and how much the dose which pregnant woman needed?
