Spotify strengths in details
Extensive song options
This is one of Spotify's epic strengths since it has enabled the company to access a
broader market on the internet by providing different music genres.
Spotify’s presence in most countries has enabled the business to expand its market
capacity, which in turn increases the gross returns.
This is a weakness since customers who can not afford the product will be forced to look
for other cheaper and affordable platforms.
The free version of Spotify does not allow offline music unless there is an internet
connection.
Spotify depends on Apple's App Store, a primary gateway for accessing and installing
mobile apps. Furthermore, the company relies on Google Play for mobile apps on Android
devices. Knowing that both Google and Apple own their particular music streaming
services, this tendency puts Spotify's business under these two significant competitors'
bargaining power.[ CITATION Ran \l 1033 ]
