Sub: Regarding approval for AMC for Computer Systems under PMCBC
consultancy contract RSTDIP/CS/03
Ref: PC, PMCBC letter no. 809 dated 08.01.2021

In reference to above subject and letter under reference, approval is hereby accorded
for AMC of all computer items* as sta.ted under:-

*Presently equipment whose warranty has expired will commence for AMC and
those whose warranty (6 Nos) are expiring later on, shall commence AMC
afterwards.
The expenditures would be incurred observing financial proprietary and prevailing
guidelines. Also instructions issued vide this office order no.6922 dated 26.07.2016
Shall be followed. The expenditure incurred would be reimbursed based on actual
expenditures of bill and Chargeable under Provisional sum of PMCBC. Contract
Agreement subhead ``Office Establishment furniture/equipment''.
