Aditya Birla Fashion and Retail Limited is one of India’s largest fashion companies with a
network of over 3,000 stores, and presence across 24,000 multi-brand outlets and over 6,200
point-of-sales in department stores across India.

ABFRL had acquired stakes in ethnic wear brand Jaypore and Finesse International Design,
which runs bespoke apparel retail brand Shantanu & Nikhil. The Company also holds
exclusive online and offline rights to the India network of California-based fast fashion
brand Forever 21. The International Brands portfolio boasts of - The Collective, India's largest
multi-brand retailer of international brands, Simon Carter and select mono-brands such
as American Eagle, Ralph Lauren, Hackett London, Ted Baker and Fred Perry.

The infrastructure comprises of two state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities, one at Halol, near
Vadodara, and the second at Rishra, near Kolkata. Both plants are ISO 9001 and 14001
accredited, with the Rishra plant also having the latest SA 8000 & OHSAS 18001 certification.
