JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Title: Corporate Sales Team leader Department: Corporate

Reports To: Corporate Senior G.M Subordinates: To be defined

Job Purpose:

Achieve the team’s business and profitability assigned objectives throughout leading & managing the
team members to contribute to the whole company targets achievement.

Main Job duties and responsibilities:

 Train, support & coach the team members to achieve the team target.

 Enhance team work; motivate staff, ensuring accomplishment of their professional goals.
 Ensure that teams’ members under management execute an adequate market screening as well as
effective industry analysis/ updates for the assigned group of industries.
 Establish and maintain strong and effective business relationships with existing as well as prospect
companies on the assigned target market list by understanding finance needs accordingly tailor
solutions that match with targeted companies’ circumstances as well as achieving the financial
benefits of Corplease.

 Keep abreast of market trends.


 Responsible for the recoveries and pay-back of classified portfolio.
 Ensure that all team’s members records of business databases as well as activities are updated.
 Adherence to policies and procedures & Compliance and quality standards of CORPLEASE.
 Maintain the reporting process as specified from the superior & the department head.

Essential Job Requirements:

Education: Bachelor Degree


 Credit Course (Mandatory)

Experience:
 Minimum of 10 years of experience in banking or financial institute.
 Corporate and credit experience.
 District experience and strong network for potential customers.

 Excellent communication.
 Excellent selling skills (How to analyze the customers’ needs for such services and customize the
most suitable ones – how to present the services that he is selling).
 Excellent judgment and decision making (Considering the relative costs and benefits of potential
actions to choose the most appropriate one).
 Very good instructing skills (Teaching others how to do something).
 Excellent Time and people management.
 Monitoring (Monitoring/Assessing performance of sub-ordinates to make improvements or take
corrective action).
 Leadership skills.
 Excellent English Language.
