Subject: EXTENSION IN CONTRACT PERIOD

In pursuance of Govt of the Punjab, School Education Department vide Notification No. SO
(SE-IV) 2-13/2014, dated 17-03-2015, the following School Guards servants were appointed on contract
basis for the period of 05 years. Their contract appointments were subject to extendable on the basis of
satisfactory performance.

The expiry date of contract period (05 years) is mentioned before the names.

Keeping in view their satisfactory performance extension of one year in contract period is
hereby granted as per term No.4 of their appointment order.
