In a statistical report of Statista, the growth rate of the construction industry in the Philippines was about 15.9 percent
in the year of 2018 and is expected to continue to grow. The growth of construction sector in the Philippines will
require more construction managers and/or contractors to maintain the health of the industry. More contractors means
that more option to choose from. Choosing the right contractor is a critical decision to make for the project to be
economical and successful. The owners who want to build may have a problem on finding the right contractor. They
can use our application to find the perfect construction manager or contractors that will fit to their needs. They have a
lot of option to choose from because we will give them list of contractors with the information they need to know.

Based on the statistical report of the KMPG International, 69% of owners say poor contractor performance is the single
biggest reason for project underperformance. They also found out that 82% of owners feel they need more
collaboration with their contractors. Our application can help on having connection between the owner and the
